Bagel and Lox Platter - One dozen assorted Fleishman’s bagels with lox, onions, tomatoes, capers, one plain shmear, and one specialty shmear of your choice | $175*, serves 10 - 12 people
The Essential Fleishman Platter - One dozen assorted Fleishman’s bagels, whitefish, lox, and kippered salmon. Served with tomatoes, onions, capers, one plain shmear, and one specialty shmear of your choice (add $2 for Lox, lox onion and caper and kippered salmon schmear) | $185*, serves 10-12 people
The Salad Sandwich Platter - Your choice between Rye bread or Fleishman’s bagels, you can mix and match. Comes with egg salad, whitefish salad and tuna salad, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and chips on the side | $150, serves 10 - 12 people (Add Bagel chips for $10.00)
The Deli Platter - Your choice of rye, sourdough, or Fleishman’s Bagels, you can mix and match, with Pastrami, Corned Beef, and/or Turkey. Your choice of cheese between Swiss, cheddar, and American. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, Russian dressing, mustard, mayo, and chips on the side | $180, serves 10 - 12 people
Dessert platter - Large Black and White cookies, M&M cookies, and Brownies | $65, serves 10 - 12 people
